Ryan has been in the food service Industry close to 20 years. He started off working in a deli at 15 years old and never looked back. Years later, he went to Culinary School and became a professionally trained Chef where he worked and started up many different restaurants. Since then he's owned a restaurant, worked as a food broker for a large firm and also worked as sales representative for a distribution center. When he's not working, he loves spending time with his wife and two kids, watching sports (Go Raiders), fishing, camping and just being outside with the dog.
