Kristie spent approximately 20 years in the Commercial Insurance industry, developing expertise in both underwriting and project management. Much of this experience included building strong financial and business acumen. Upon choosing to leave that industry in 2017, she joined JG Neil & Company, and is now using her skills in various capacities. As the VP Operations her position is broadly defined and interacts with all branches and departments within the company. She oversees all financial processes, manages all HR related activities, spearheads purchasing and vendor negotiations, and establishes and updates corporate policies and procedures. Her main corporate goals are increasing productivity while creating efficiencies, establishing and updating policies and procedures to continually improve our business, finding ways to save money while getting the best value, and providing excellent service to all customers (internal and external). She is also responsible for managing insurance programs, overseeing website and social media accounts and event planning. When not working, Kristie enjoys time with her family, traveling, listening to Pearl Jam, reading and learning to golf (a fun but frustrating endeavor).
