I have been in the foodservice industry for 22+ years. I started working in restaurants as a teenager and later went to Culinary School. After finishing school, I spent 16 years as a chef at many different concepts throughout that time. I then moved over to the sales side of the food industry as a sales rep for Food Services of America in the Sun Valley, ID area for 3 years. I have spent the last 3 years as a Broker Sales Rep in the Boise, ID area. In my spare time, I enjoy being outdoors--- camping, hunting, fishing, traveling, and spending time with my 5 children (4 Girls/1 Boy).
