After graduating from the University of Oregon with a major in both marketing and management, Corrie worked as an assistant manager at United Grocers (now called Chef Stores), at a Portland, Oregon store. After that, she went to work for a consumer goods company as a sales rep in Oregon for about seven years. Next, she was given the opportunity to work as an MA at Sysco Portland.  After staying home with young children for a bit, she wanted a part time job simply to get out of the house. Corrie landed at Shari's restaurant and quickly realized she wanted to get into management. After doing that for about five years she then acquired a sales position with the Core group as a broker.  She truly loves the broker world as every day is different and she gets to work with so many interesting people and learn from every experience! Since the Core group, Corrie has worked most recently with Waypoint before joining JG Neil & Co.. As she starts her journey with JG Neil, she is the Sysco lead for Portland and looks forward to contributing in many ways with her experience and knowledge.

When Corrie is not working, she is a huge DIY’er. She loves to refinish furniture, learn repair jobs/projects around her house and do interior and exterior painting. If she doesn't know how to do it, she will figure it out. She's a constant user of YouTube and Google! She's also an avid gardener and works diligently in her yard...and it's something she's very proud of! Corrie and her husband have three grown kids and also have two amazing grandchildren (twins, a boy and a girl). They are close by and come over every weekend, keeping her busy!  Corrie is a super involved grandma and gets into playing and doing all the stuff they love to do.  She thoroughly enjoys being busy and does not like sitting idle, so always looking for projects around the house both inside and out!
